How can I return an item? |
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK®, Hopper®, Panga™, LoadOut™, Silo™, Camino™, or Rambler® to good use sooner.
YETI offers free standard shipping on qualified orders.
UK SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase. In peak periods this may be extended to 3 working days, however we always aim to dispatch your product as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will then be notified of the tracking information (normally dispatched with DPD).
DPD Pickup (Click & Collect)
For eligible orders, you’ll have the option to select a nearby DPD Pickup location at checkout. If your order qualifies, DPD will send you a QR code once your parcel is dispatched, which you’ll use to collect your order. Parcels are held for up to 7 days, and this service is only available for selected products and quantities.
Please note that once the order has been submitted we are unable to amend the address or cancel the order.
All orders placed on our UK site will be shipped from our UK warehouse. Delivery is available to UK mainland only.
As always, please get in touch if you have any questions about your order.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you order both a small item, such as a Rambler, plus a larger item, such as a Tundra, your order may be dispatched in two shipments.
LARGE ITEM DELIVERY
Some of our larger coolers, bulky products or large orders require large‑item delivery due to their size and weight. This item ships via a specialised large‑item delivery service. Your delivery will be arranged via a specialised carrier and tracking updates may be more limited than standard parcel shipments.
