OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK®, Hopper®, Panga™, LoadOut™, Silo™, Camino™, or Rambler® to good use sooner.

YETI offers free standard shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in mainland Europe only.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you order both a small item, such as a Rambler, plus a larger item, such as a Tundra, your order may be despatched in two shipments.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch email from us which will include a tracking number.

The 2-5 working days delivery estimate is from the moment you receive your dispatch confirmation.

"Delivery by dates" are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries may take longer due to customs provisions, unexpected delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

We now offer next working day delivery for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. If you place your order before 2pm and select the next working day option at the checkout, your order will be delivered the following day. If you place your order after 2pm on a Thursday, your order will be shipped the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

For larger items, your order will be delivered with UPS. Everything else will be sent with Royal Mail.

Please note that Next Day delivery may not be available for some remote regions such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to advise you of your options should you have any concerns.

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free standard UK mainland shipping on all orders over £40. Please see full details above.

 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to the UK, however we also have a European site that ships to parts of Europe, and allows you to purchase in Euros. Please visit our US website for delivery to the USA & Canada.

 

DELIVERY TO NORTHERN IRELAND

All orders going to Northern Ireland will be shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

 



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorised dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

INS AND OUTS OF THE YETI RETURN POLICY

Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on customised products or items purchased outside of YETI.com.

At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to change the product you ordered, we would suggest processing a return and placing a new order.

All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds.

We now offer free returns for all mainland UK customers with Royal Mail. 

It may take up to 3 working days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.

All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Product is no longer eligible for a refund 30 days after the original purchase date.

 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

If you would like to return your order for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days by reaching out to our Outfitter team here stating your original order number and the products you would like to return.

Our Outfitter team can provide you with an RMA number authorising your return and instruct you on how to return your order free of charge with Royal Mail.

If you have already obtained your RMA number, please go here to create your free Royal Mail returns label. You will be required to fill out your RMA number and original order number when making your returns label, so please have these handy.
For any larger items (like a TUNDRA), please contact us here so we can arrange a free collection.

For any orders returned outside of our free returns service, we will be unable to reimburse any shipping charges incurred.
