        How can I return an item?

           

          OUR SHIPPING POLICY

          We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK®, Hopper®, Panga™, LoadOut™, Silo™, Camino™, or Rambler® to good use sooner.

          YETI offers free standard shipping on qualified orders.

           

          UK SHIPPING

          We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase. In peak periods this may be extended to 3 working days, however we always aim to dispatch your product as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will then be notified of the tracking information (normally dispatched with DPD).

          Please note that once the order has been submitted we are unable to amend the address or cancel the order.

          All orders placed on our UK site will be shipped from our UK warehouse.

          HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

          If you order both a small item, such as a Rambler, plus a larger item, such as a Tundra, your order may be dispatched in two shipments.

          The delivery estimate for the working days is from the moment you receive your dispatch confirmation.

          "Delivery by dates" are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries may take longer due to customs provisions, unexpected delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

           

          NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

          We now offer next working day delivery for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. If you place your order before 2pm and select the next working day option at the checkout, your order will be delivered the next working day.

          If you place your order after 2pm on a Thursday, your order will be shipped Friday for delivery on Monday. If you place your order on Friday through Sunday, your order will be shipped Monday for delivery Tuesday.

          DPD Pickup (Click & Collect)

          For eligible orders, you’ll have the option to select a nearby DPD Pickup location at checkout. If your order qualifies, DPD will send you a QR code once your parcel is dispatched, which you’ll use to collect your order. Parcels are held for up to 7 days, and this service is only available for selected products and quantities.

          Please note that Next Day delivery may not be available for some remote regions such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland. Please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to advise you of your options should you have any concerns. Currently, we do not offer next working day delivery to Northern Ireland.

           

          DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

          We offer free standard UK mainland shipping on all orders over £50. Please see full details above.

          WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

          We currently ship to the UK, however we also have a European site that ships to parts of Europe, and allows you to purchase in Euros. Please visit our US website for delivery to the USA & Canada.

          DELIVERY TO NORTHERN IRELAND

          We are unable to offer next working day delivery or DPD Pickup to Northern Ireland, but the standard delivery is available.



          RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


          OUR RETURN POLICY

          We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorised dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

           

          HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

          If you would like to return your order for any reason please access our return portal here.
          • Have your original order number (usually starting with 'GBP') and email address at hand
          • Returns are accepted within 30 days from receiving the order, providing they are unused and in their original packaging
          For any orders returned outside of our free returns service, we will be unable to reimburse any shipping charges incurred.


          INS AND OUTS OF THE YETI RETURN POLICY

          Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on personalised products or items purchased outside of YETI.com.

          At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to change the product you ordered, we would suggest processing a return and placing a new order.

          All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds.

          Product is no longer eligible for a refund 30 days after the original purchase date.
