What can I use it for?

It’s great to use as an everyday, all-weather backpack. It’s constructed with water-resistant materials and helps keep your belongings protected from the elements.

What can I pack in it?

Pack anything you need for the day. You can put your camera, an extra layer, a tablet, a portable charger, a water bottle, and more.

Can I personalise it?

No, this pack can’t be personalised

Is there a warranty?

Yes, the Cayo™ Backpack has a 3-year warranty. Check out our warranty information page for everything you need to know.

Is it carry-on compatible?

Yes. All three sizes of the Cayo™ Backpack meet standard carry-on requirements, but always check with your airline before traveling.

What are the different sizes?

15L: 180mm L x 290 mm W x 495mm H / 7” L x 11.5” W x 19.5” H
25L: 225mm L x 350mm W x 545mm H / 9” L x 13.75 W x 21.5” H

How much weight can it carry?

The Cayo™ 15L Backpack can carry up to 25lbs, the Cayo™ 25L Backpack can carry up to 41lbs, and the Cayo™ 35L Backpack can carry up to 58lbs.

Is it waterproof?

No. The Cayo™ Backpack is made with water resistant material but is not waterproof. Therefore under certain circumstances and weather conditions, contents of the bags may get wet. Need something else? Check out our waterproof bags.

Is this bag a cooler?

No. This bag is not insulated and not recommended for use as a cooler.

What is it made of?

It’s made with our ultra-durable DryHide™ Shell, similar to what is used on whitewater rafts.

Is it made with welded or stitched construction?

It’s constructed with a double-sided laminated TPU and RF welded seams.

Does it have any pockets?

It has two external zippered pockets, one internal zippered pocket, and a stretch woven sleeve with two pockets.

What are the straps for?

The removable chest and waist straps can be adjusted for just the right fit and to reduce strain on your shoulders. They are there for when you need them and are easy to remove when you don’t.

What are the shoulder pads like on the Cayo™ backpack?

They are made of heavy duty, water-resistant nylon exterior fabric and have internal high-density closed cell foam. There are loops on the straps to attach sunglasses, secure your hydration reservoir straw, and more.

Does it stand on its own?

No, this pack doesn’t have a structured base and can’t stand on its own.

Will my laptop fit?

The 35L fits up to a 13" laptop. 15L and 25L fit a small tablet.

Can I put my phone in the lid pockets?

Yes, most cell phones will fit in the lid pockets in all three sizes.

Will my water bottle fit?

Yes. You can fit a Rambler® 26. Oz Bottle and a Yonder® 25. Oz Water Bottle in the front exterior pocket.
