Pedro De Ampuero

Pedro De Ampuero, a passionate bowhunter from Bilbao, Spain, has spent a lifetime immersed in the world of hunting. Introduced to the sport at the age of five by his father, Pedro's love for the outdoors has evolved into a career as a video producer and international journalist, chronicling his hunting expeditions across the globe. Though originally trained as an engineer, Pedro’s life is dedicated to the thrill of the hunt, no matter the landscape — from mountain peaks and savannahs to dense forests and deep ocean waters. His quest to be challenged in remote, culturally rich environments has led him to numerous firsts in hunting, including several archery world records, a record-setting collection of 19 goat species hunted with bow, and the rare privilege of pursuing game on every continent. That said, Pedro knows that it’s not about the awards or the species collected — what he enjoys most in his career are the places he gets to experience and the people he meets along the way.
