GENERAL

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PERSONALISATION?

Items available for personalisation have the the personalise button displayed at the checkout.

WHAT PROCESS IS USED IN PERSONALISATION?

We use a laser-marking technique that creates a permanent finish on the exterior of your Rambler® Drinkware. That means as long as your personalised YETI is in one piece, so is your personalised. This process creates a premium, durable finish, which won’t crack or peel off over time. It will also keep your five-year warranty intact and ensures a quality personalisation process.

HOW LONG DOES PERSONALISATION TAKE?

Our production timeline shifts daily depending on overall order volume. We process all orders on a first-come-first-serve basis and we promise we are working as hard as we can to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible. Once your personalised order is reviewed and approved by our internal team, you will receive an email with an estimated ship window.

WHY DID YETI CANCEL MY ORDER?

YETI reserves the right to cancel any orders that contain text that is offensive, political, or subject to copyright protection. Orders that are cancelled will be refunded within 5-7 days.

CAN I EDIT MY PERSONALISED ORDER?

We are unable to edit orders after they are placed. Please note, there is a short window of time after order placement when your order can be cancelled. Simply navigate to order history inside your account, or visit the order status link here.

WHAT IS THE YETI RETURN POLICY FOR PERSONALISED DRINKWARE?

Personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once you have submitted the order. All sales of personalised products are final.
Any personalised, limited edition or discontinued product still under its applicable warranty that cannot be replaced with an identical product will be replaced with a non-personalised similar or equivalent model or colour based on availability.

 

WHICH COLOUR DURACOAT™ SHOWS PERSONALISATION THE BEST?

While we think personalisation shows up great on all of our Rambler® colours, you can see an example below of how the same image appears on our darkest and lightest colours. If you want to see how it looks on a different colour, no worries, you’ll also get to see a proof of your personalisation before you place your order on the website.


 

CAN I MARK BOTH SIDES OF THE RAMBLER® DRINKWARE?

At this time, we are offering front side Personalisation only.

 

WHAT IS FORMAL MONOGRAMMING?

For three-letter monograms, YETI uses a formal monogram format. This means that the last initial will be displayed in the centre position. All you have to do is enter your initials as first, middle, last, and our systems will take care of the rest.

 

WILL YOU BE ADDING MORE IMAGES TO THE DESIGN GALLERIES?

We are consistently building new designs for our online galleries. The best way to stay informed of new images is by signing up for our email list.

PERSONLISED ARTWORK


CAN YETI CREATE MY LOGO?

While we will do our best to make your design look great on the Rambler, we do not create new logos or provide edits to uploaded artwork as part of our service. Be sure to upload your logo exactly as it is intended to look on the Rambler for the best outcome.

WHAT FILE TYPE DOES MY LOGO NEED TO BE?

Please submit your logo in one of the following formats: .PNG, .JPG, .GIF, .SVG, .WEBP, or .BMP.

UPLOADING A SKETCH OR DRAWING?

1. Start with a rough draft: you won't want any eraser marks on your uploaded photo.
2. Use a blank white piece of paper and a thick, dark marker.
3. Simple line drawings work best.
4. Take photo in a well-lit area. Do not use flash.
5. Double check your proof: check for stray marks or dots and crop these out.

DO YOU HAVE GUIDELINES OR RESTRICTIONS FOR PERSONALISED ART AND DESIGN GALLERIES?

All images and text are reviewed upon submission. Our review process uses artificial intelligence to automatically interpret, analyse and detect the images and texts that are submitted in line with the guidelines and restrictions below. Please contact us with any questions about this process.


PHOTOS

Due to our marking process, we are unable to convert photo-based images into a printable design. Since the lasers do not mark in greyscale, only black, lifelike images have to be turned into line drawings and most of the details are lost. Our personalisation process is optimal for logos and line art (vector art).

For a colour option, we do offer personalised Rambler® Drinkware in DuraCoat™ colour. Instead of a colour mark on the stainless steel, the color coating is removed to reveal your design in silver.

 

ARTWORK QUALITY 

Due to our laser marking process, we are unable to print fine lines, dots, highly detailed designs, or text smaller than 10 pt font. We accept images in PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG, WEBP, and BMP format. Your logo must be at least 300 px in width or height, excluding whitespace. A high resolution or vector version of your logo will work the best. Logos will appear in black or stainless steel. We are unable to print color, and we are unable to crop or edit the logo once submitted.

 

INVERSION

We suggest a high-resolution version of your logo with a white background and a black or dark-colored foreground. White logos on transparent backgrounds or logos that do not have enough contrast will not convert properly. Our lasers will mark the black areas of your image. You can use the inversion tool while personalising your product to reverse the black and white areas of your image.


CROPPING

Any borders, lines, or stray specks in your image will appear on your personalised product. You can use the cropping tool while personalising your product to remove any edge lines or elements you do not wish to appear on your personalised product.

 

HOW LARGE CAN YOU PRINT MY DESIGN?

Some things to remember: Your logo or design may not fill up the entire marking area, but artwork will be centered within the marking area. We are unable to move artwork around the marking area. You can click and drag the corners of your image to increase or decrease the size of your image within the marking area. 

All Rambler products include a YETI logo embossed on one side. In order to make sure your image looks as clean as possible, our available marking area does not include this embossment. Duracoat products also include a laser-marked YETI logo, which affects the available marking area for those products.

WHAT ARE THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH PERSONALISATION?

On Rambler products, there is a £9.00 fee for front side embellishment. This applies to monograms, text, or any of our design gallery images.

 

CAN I SHIP PERSONALISED PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

YETI respects the intellectual property rights of others and we ask that you do the same. All images and text are reviewed upon submission and if your submission infringes any copyrights or trademarks, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

TEXT

YETI has the sole discretion to reject any order that it considers is libellous, defamatory, obscene, profane, portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, religion, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or otherwise inappropriate for production.

POLITICAL

Starting with our first Personalised Rambler® Tumblers, we’ve used our best efforts to avoid creating personalised products with political affiliations or associations. Because the process we use to identify political affiliations and associations involves human judgment, we may inadvertently accept an order and mark a YETI product with a candidate’s name or campaign slogan simply because we weren’t familiar with it when the order was placed. If that happens, it’s an honest mistake and shouldn’t be construed as YETI’s endorsement of a particular affiliation or association (unless, of course, we explicitly make a statement of endorsement).
